Jostedal Glacier National Park Centre.

The Jostedal Glacier is the largest glacier on mainland Europe. The Jostedal Glacier National Park has an enormous diversity of natural environments; from deciduous forest in the lowlands to glaciers and snow covered mountains.The national park centre is situated in Oppstryn, 10 kilometres vest of Hjelledalen cabin center.

Briksdalen Glacir

The powerful Briksdal Glacier is a part of the Jostedal Glacier National Park. The wild glacier swoops down from a height of 1200m to the lush, narrow Briksdal Valley. Olden with Briksdalen Glacier where you can ride by horse and carriage, or go climbing in the glacier ice. (Summer season only).
